The calendar in the Mountain West
Fall: first week of September through the end of September. Spring: February through mid March, before testing and spring break. Districts with a fall break in October should close before it, so the delivery lands while everyone is still in the building.
How a sale runs from Greensboro to Denver
Brian sets up the online store and sends the kickoff packet. The school reads the script and sends the link home. Families share it with relatives in Phoenix, Boise and wherever else they live, and those orders ship straight to the buyer. The school’s in-person orders ship pre-sorted in about two weeks. Brian watches the numbers daily and calls if a midpoint push would help. Then the school gets its check.

Most districts start in mid to late August. The window is the first week of September through the end of the month, before fall break in districts that have one.
Our families are spread across three states. Does that help or hurt?
It helps. Every supporter orders from the online store and it ships to them. The school never handles those boxes. Spread-out families are the best thing that can happen to a product sale.

Yes. A 1,400-student K-8 charter ran the biggest sale of fall 2026 with Brian. Charters, public, Catholic and independent schools all run the same program.
