Middle and high school programs

Big money for band, chorus and cheer.

The same two-week sale that whole schools run, built around your program. Uniforms, travel, competition fees and the trip the kids talk about all year, paid for without a single car wash.

Who runs it

Band and orchestra

Marching band, concert band, jazz, strings. Instruments, uniforms and the spring trip. A 150-kid middle school band in Asheville sold $15,000 this fall.

Chorus and choir

Show choir, concert choir, chamber singers. Festival fees, robes and the trip to sing somewhere big.

Cheer and dance

Sideline, competition, dance team. Uniforms, choreography, travel and the bus to nationals.

Drama, clubs and boosters

Theatre, robotics, FFA, student council, athletic boosters. Any program with a goal and a few parents willing to share a link.

Why directors and coaches pick this

Two weeks is long enough for every family to take part and short enough that nobody burns out. The kids are selling something people actually want to buy. Supporters order from their phone and it ships to their door. Nobody hauls boxes and nobody stands in a parking lot on a Saturday.

How a program sale runs

  1. Book a call. Brian learns your goal, your roster and your calendar.
  2. Pick the catalog. Fall or spring, the same products the schools get.
  3. Launch. Each family gets a store link. Brian sends the kickoff message, the midpoint push and the finish.
  4. Deliver. Online orders ship to the supporter. Program orders ship pre-sorted to your director, coach or treasurer.

Any state, same phone number

Brian runs band, chorus and cheer sales from North Carolina for programs across the country. Everything happens by phone, email and the online store, so a squad in Texas gets the same attention as one down the road.

Questions people ask

How small a program can run this?

A jazz band, a show choir or a varsity cheer squad is plenty. The online store does most of the work, so a small roster with motivated parents can out-raise a whole school.

Can we run it alongside the school's sale?

Yes, as long as the windows do not overlap. Brian looks at the school calendar with you and picks a clean two weeks.

Who collects the money?

Online orders are paid at checkout. Paper orders are collected by the program the way you do now. Brian walks the director or treasurer through both.

Do the kids get prizes?

Yes. VIP Duck collectibles during the sale and a prize program that rewards each student as orders come in, all tracked in the admin site.
