Schools, PTAs and PTOs

The whole school. One two-week sale.

Two weeks. Zero upfront cost. An online store that lets Grandma order from three states away. And a person who has run this for schools since 1994.

What the school gets

  • Zero upfront cost. No setup fee, no deposit, no minimum. The school keeps its share of every sale.
  • A two-week sale with a kickoff, a midpoint push and a finish, all scripted for you.
  • An online store with share buttons, so supporters in any state can order and have it shipped to their door.
  • Prizes the kids chase. VIP Duck collectibles during the sale and a cumulative prize program, tracked in the admin site so nobody is counting by hand.
  • Pre-sorted delivery to the school, or direct to the supporter for online orders.
  • Brian. One phone number from the first call to the last box.

Middle schools first

Middle schoolers can sell. A whole-school sale at this age runs on the same engine as the band and cheer programs: a store link in every parent’s phone, VIP Duck prizes the kids trade at lunch, and a midpoint push that lands the week it is needed. Brian plans the kickoff with the principal and the assembly script with whoever is holding the microphone.

Elementary schools, PTAs and PTOs

The classic backpack sale, run the way it should be run. Families register at the school’s link, share the store with relatives and the kids earn prizes as orders come in. A 1,400-student charter in Charlotte sold $45,000 this fall with the full gift catalog and the duck program.

The catalogs

Fall and spring, refreshed every season. Sweet treats, cookie dough, popcorn, wrapping paper, candles, kitchen goods, custom tote bags and magazines. Products come from Giving Market, a Booster company, so the quality and the shipping are handled at national scale.

What the school does

Pick the two-week window. Send home the packet Brian provides. Read the kickoff script at the assembly or in the morning announcements. Cheer the kids on. That is the whole list. Brian handles the store, the materials, the prize tracking and the delivery.

Where this works

Anywhere in the United States. Brian runs every fundraiser from his desk in North Carolina by phone, email and the online store, and has for years. The kickoff decides whether a sale succeeds. Distance never has.

Questions people ask

When should a school run its sale?

Fall sales usually run September through October and spring sales February through April. Pick a two-week window that does not collide with the book fair or a t-shirt sale and Brian builds the calendar around it.

How do families take part?

Each family registers at the school's link, gets a packet in the backpack and shares the online store with friends and relatives. Anyone who prefers paper can use the order form.

What about delivery?

Orders ship pre-sorted to the school, or straight to the supporter's door for online orders. Brian tracks every shipment.

Can we see the catalog first?

Yes. Book a call and Brian sends the current fall or spring catalog the same day.
