Case studies
Five fundraisers, no names, real numbers.
A charter, two elementary schools, a middle school and a band program. Each one gets its own page with the dates, the catalog, the prize program and what made the number happen.
Why the schools are not named
Every school on these pages is real. So is every number. Brian does not print the names because the principal, the band director or the PTA president did not sign up to be in an advertisement. They signed up to raise money for their kids. Brian keeps it that way.
What you get instead is everything that matters to your decision. The type of school. The town. How many students. The day the sale opened and the day it closed. Which catalog ran. Whether the duck prize program was on. What the sale closed at. And the three or four things Brian can point to that made the number happen.
If you want to hear it from one of them, book a call. Brian will connect you with a principal or director in your state, by name, once you are talking to him and not reading a web page.
How to read them
- ✓Big school, one campus. Start with the Charlotte charter or the Summerville elementary. Both closed at $45,000.
- ✓Mid-size elementary. Lexington. Six hundred students, $35,000, and the clearest case for a real kickoff and a midpoint push.
- ✓Middle school. Reidsville. The kids who supposedly will not sell sold $26,000.
- ✓Band, chorus, cheer or any roster. Asheville. A 150-kid band program raised $15,000, the best result for its size this fall.
Every one of them ran the same program. Zero upfront cost, no minimum, a two-week sale, the fall catalog, the VIP Duck prize program and an online store that ships direct to supporters in any state. The whole thing is laid out on how it works.
The whole fall in one table
These five come from a fall of 40 fundraisers and more than $700,000 in sales. The anonymized list, with towns, sizes, sale windows and totals, is on the results page. The five case studies are below.

A 1,400-student charter in Charlotte, NC ran the gift catalog and duck prize program October 1 to 18 and closed at $45,000, the biggest sale of fall 2026.

A 1,200-student elementary in Summerville, SC opened September 21, closed October 9 and finished at $45,000, tied for Brian's biggest sale of fall 2026.
