Fall and spring in the Northeast
The fall window is short and the spring window is cold, so timing is everything. Brian’s calendar for the region: launch the second full week of September, close the first week of October, deliver before Halloween. Spring runs the last week of January through February, with delivery after the thaw. Bands and choruses funding spring trips book the fall window so the money is in hand when deposits are due.

Questions people ask
When should a Northeast school run its fall sale?
Mid September through early October. Schools here start after Labor Day, so Brian ships the kickoff packet the week before school opens and launches the second full week.
Is winter delivery a problem?
No. Fall orders ship in October, before the weather turns. Spring sales run February into March and deliver in April.
Our PTA is small. Does that matter?
Not with the online store. A few organized parents sharing a link reach more supporters than a big committee working paper forms.
