Texas and South Central
School fundraisers for Texas and the South Central states.
Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas. Big schools, big band programs, big booster clubs. The two-week sale scales with the roster.
Built for big programs
A Texas 6A band has more kids than some elementary schools. The online store is what makes a roster that size manageable: every family gets a link, every order is tracked, and the prize program keeps score without a spreadsheet. Booster clubs funding travel, uniforms and competition fees run the fall window so the money lands before spring deposits.

Questions people ask
When should a Texas school run its fall sale?
Texas starts mid August, so the window is the last week of August through mid September, closing before the first big football weekend takes everyone's attention.
Can a high school band or drill team run this?
Yes, and they do well. A 150-kid band program in the Southeast raised $15,000 this fall, the best result for its size this season. Bands, choruses, cheer and drill teams run the same program on a smaller roster.
What about heat and shipping?
Gift items ship anytime. Schools that want to skip cookie dough in the heat run the gift-items-only catalog, which is the same sale minus the freezer.
