K-8 charter, 1,400 students, $45,000 in eighteen days.

Southeast school calendars and the two-week window
Southeast districts go back early, which gives you the longest fall runway in the country. Brian’s rule of thumb: launch after Labor Day, finish before fall break, and never overlap the book fair. For spring, the sweet spot is late January through March, ahead of state testing. Band, chorus and cheer programs that need money for spring trips and competition fees should book a fall window; the check arrives in time.

When do Southeast schools run their fall sale?
Most Southeast districts start in early to mid August, so the best fall windows are the first week of September through mid October. Brian ran 40 sales in that stretch in 2026, from Greensboro to Summerville to Virginia Beach.
And spring?
Late January through March, before testing season and spring break. Book by early January to get the window you want.
Do you work with schools in Florida and Georgia?
